What about Kistemacher(sp?)? Where would you rank him?

I haven't been commenting about the Hendriksen/Kistemaker set. I believe the set to have more value than most scholars think it has. I would certainly recommend it as an informed Reformed help. However, none of the commentaries in the set are the best on that book. It is therefore a second-rate set that would form a good supplement to other commentaries.

Elizabeth Schussler Fiorenza considers the last two names of her name to be her surname. It's thus appropriate to refer to her as Schussler Fiorenza rather than just Fiorenza. I didn't know this myself until one of her students informed me.
